TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the conditions for using the Betropolis mobile app, website and related services (collectively, "Betropolis"). Betropolis is operated by Betropolis (operator details pending verification). Please review these Terms before using the service.

1. Eligibility

Betropolis is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users must comply with applicable laws and any additional age or feature restrictions. Some features, including simulated sports-related wagering, may be unavailable or restricted while their legal and platform requirements are reviewed.

2. Accounts and responsibility

Keep your login information secure, provide accurate account information when requested, and do not access another player's account without permission. We may take proportionate action against accounts used for fraud, unauthorized access or abuse. You can request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.

3. Virtual resources and in-game items

Betropolis may include Bucks, Hype, Stamina, Cores, card packs, player cards, coach cards and other virtual features. Virtual currencies and items are licensed for use within the game, subject to these Terms; they are not cash, legal tender or transferable financial assets. They cannot be redeemed for cash or real-world prizes.

• Bucks may be earned through gameplay or Bucks-generating buildings and spent on eligible upgrades, standard card packs and, when enabled, simulated sports wagers.
• Hype is intended for optional premium features such as Battle Pass access, special card packs and name changes, and cannot be directly converted to Bucks or spent to upgrade or accelerate Bucks-generating buildings.
• Stamina is used to enter certain gameplay modes such as Arena.
• Cores are used only for city-building upgrades.

Features, availability, balances and earning methods may change in ways permitted by applicable law and any purchase terms. We will provide appropriate notice where required.

4. Simulated sports features

Where offered, virtual sports predictions or wagers may use Bucks based on outcomes of real sporting events. Successful virtual wagers award Bucks only; they do not award cash, Hype, physical prizes or redeemable items directly. Bucks can be used in the game for other eligible activities. These features are entertainment, not real-money gambling services or financial advice, and may be limited by age, region or platform rules.

No player should interpret virtual sports outcomes as a guarantee of future real-world betting success. Please play responsibly and take breaks when needed.

5. Card packs, random items and purchases

Collectible packs may contain randomized virtual items. Where applicable, the probabilities of receiving items will be disclosed before a purchase is made, as required by platform policies and law. If real-money purchases are enabled, authorized app-store payment and refund rules apply. Future or planned offers are not guaranteed to be available in the current beta.

6. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You agree not to exploit vulnerabilities, use automation to gain unauthorized advantages, tamper with game transactions, impersonate another user, harass players, interfere with the service, or attempt to access data belonging to others. We may investigate suspicious activity and apply reasonable restrictions as allowed by applicable law.

7. Service availability and changes

Betropolis is under active development. Beta features may be incomplete, change, experience interruptions or be removed. We may introduce maintenance windows, balance adjustments and updates. Where required, we will honor applicable obligations relating to previously completed purchases.

8. Disclaimers and legal provisions

To the extent permitted by law, Betropolis is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Any additional provisions on liability, disputes, governing law or paid subscriptions must be finalized with appropriate legal review before publication.
